     These are some of the 3rd Grade SASIC Commanders during their presentations of our very first Show and Tell.  I am so very proud of them!!  They did an absolutely phenomenal job!!

 

 

 

Cai shared with us all about his shell.

 

 

 

Mia presented her family to us via photos.

 

 

 

Bella explained all about her stone.

 

 

 

Isaiah S. spoke about his shell and sand dollar.

 

Joshua spoke about Slender Man.

 

 

 

 

 

Layla shared with us all about her stuffed animal that she loves.

 

The cubbies at the right belongs to Mrs. Karkar's group of Math Masters. 

All of their journals and personal items are stored there daily.

These are the reading objectives for Tuesday, September 3, 2013.  After reading the passage, the students used synonyms (defined the words) to better comprehend the objectives.

Every day the objectives are written on the board so the students know exactly what will be learning on that day.  They also write all objectives in their respective journals.

We started out with the following three journals:

1. SASIC Commander Language Arts Journal

2.  SASIC Commander Reading Journal

3. SASIC Commander Science Journal 

 

Posters for nouns and verbs were posted on the board because we were studying all about nouns and verbs this week.

 

These are the objectives for Language Arts from Tuesday, September 3, 2013.  Once again they defined the words to better comprehend the objective.
